Shipping and Returns Policy



Postage and Packaging - UK Mainland

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. This service costs £3.95 for orders under £50 and is FREE for orders over £50. Stock permitting, orders received before midday will normally be sent out the following day.

Should you require your goods urgently, we offer a next day delivery service (excluding weekends) at a cost of £12.00. Orders must be received before midday, and the service is only available from Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays). 

Postage and Packaging - Europe & International/Overseas

European shipments are just £25 and usually delivered within 7-10 working days. For International orders we have a standard rate of £40 and transit times do vary but are normally around 14 days. We always confirm expected delivery dates during the process and faster global shipments are available by special arrangement. Please not that owing to new legislation all liquid goods imported to the USA  may need to be accompanied by the receivers SSN number you will be contacted if this is requuired.

Returns and Guarantee

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your full approval, please return them to us within 28 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging, and we will be happy to exchange or refund them as per your instructions.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of any unwanted products unless these are faulty. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting as we cannot be held responsible for any goods that are lost in transit. We must be informed of any shortages or breakages within seven days in order to rectify this.

Please take the time to read the care instructions on your purchases as we are unable to accept items for refund that have been damaged by laundering.
